Good action to start with. If server has SCSI controller integrated then with server's bios update SCSI bios may be updated also. Did you visit it to check that everything is set correctly?
Unfortunately ID11 is generic driver error which do not give us any clue what is causing the events to happen.
Also please check SCSI bus termination. And replace terminator is possible.

The problem is that termination is done by the library. Could you reverse the connection on the library?
