Problem with mi colorado Backup 5GB

How can i do to restore information of my tape to the hard disk?

When I try to do this a message appears that reads: Please Insert "Archivos de INGENIERIA(C:) y recursos adici" Tape number 1. But the right tape is inside the backup device
