Problems with LTO Ultrium-3 drive- VERY slow bricklevel backup

Hi, i have some problems with my drivers to my LTO Ultrium-3 drives.

I'm running windows 2000.
Click at my attachment...
When i doblue click one of the drives, i got this message:
"The device is not working properly because windows cannot load the drivers required for this device (code 31)"

But i can take backup, but it runs VERY VERY slow at brick level... Not kidding, but i think i spent 5 days last time i took a bricklevel backup before i have to stop it, and by then, it has just taken about 1/3 of my 100gb database.

Hope someone has a clue here..
