Problems with a HP LTO Ultrium
Hi all,
We use HP Data Protector with an HP LTO Ultrium auto loader with 8 stlots drive for backups.
Last week as usual, the device used tape 5 from slot 4 in daily backup. After backup, the massages of the tape unload occurred correctly.
On the next day, the device tried, as normal, load tape 5 from slot 4 to continue record data but a massage “Cannot load exchanger medium (Target drive is busy.)”.
When I check the drive, tape 2 from slot 1 was loaded.
Can someone help to understand what happened?
Thanks in advance
Paulo Sereno
