Proliant ML150 & Dat72i

Just bought the server and installed it with Windows 2003 SBS. Then after a month I installed the Dat72i drive (C7438A). Everything seems perfect regarding boot up and drivers. I am able to see the drive. But I can't perfom backups. Tried the L&TT Connectivity Test which fails.

The log says: "I/O Exception (Sense Key: 11, Sense Code: 0x4B00 - 'Data Phase Error')

I've got no clue what to do next?!
