Quantum Superloader3 with HP DataProtector 5.5
I am using a Quantum Superloader3 with a CERTANCE LTO-2 (HH) drive.
The system is running fine, but when the drive reaches the end of the Tape, I get the error message :
From: BMA@server1.domain.de "Drive1" Time: 01.03.2006 03:30:53
scsi2:0:5:0C
Cannot write to device ( The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error. )
From: VBDA@filesrv1.domain.de "filesrv1.domain.de " Time: 01.03.2006 03:30:53
Received ABORT request from SM => aborting.
From: VBDA@filesrv1.domain.de "filesrv1.domain.de " Time: 01.03.2006 03:30:53
Connection to Media Agent broken => aborting.
The Hardware is already changed. The scsitab-File is replaced with the actual file.
Is anyone using this Library with HP DataProtector ?
thanks,
Carsten
