HP Surestore 2/20

I have two systems connected to the above unit, both are running Exchange V5.5 and Backupexec V8.60 - Server A can see all 20 slots and backs up no problem. Server B can see all slots but when I try and perform an inventory of a backup tape perforemd by Server A - it comes back as CLEANING MEDIA. It reads the tape but does not have any information - any ideas - Regards
