Removable storage and DAT72i

Hi, i have a netserver lh6000 U3 with 4 gb of memory , 4 xeon 900 and windows 2000 server SP4
I install a StorageWorks dat72i .
Removable storage recognizes the drive, but does not recognize any media (C8010A) in the drive.
The hp support have replaced the dat72i, but no solve the problem.
I have find an KB269600 microsoft article that describe the problem, but i not resolve this problem...
help me, please.

I have already used the program and the tests has had happened
For HP library & Tape Tools is all OK but
the removable storage manager in windows 2000 server dont see the media (empty device).

Be sure the driver for the DAT72 has been loaded, w2k do not include it. Also be sure you do not have another Backup sw service active, this could interfere with RSM and cause trouble.
