Restore don't work

I'm trying to do a restore from Linux box on October, the file system that i'm looking for does show up in Data Protector Manager.

When i chose the interval time for the month of Ocgtober, i can see correct data and correct Media where file are stored. The medium is green (optimal state), the data of Full backup is 23/10/2007. Ok, it's good...
but when i try to launch restore it shows me "Error - Details Unknown" :(

where i can find more details of this restore session? what does it means?

I'd recommend calling HP support. There is also another forum dedicated the enterprise Data Protector product DP 5.x and 6.x
