Robotic arm not detecting

Hi,
Its an HP MSL6030 2 Ult 460 Dr FC Tape Library
and is connected to windows 2003 server ,SAN ,Dataprotector enviornment.It was previously working fine and now the Robotic arm not detecting in operating system as well as in Hp Dataprotector.This is connected via FC SAN switch.And its showing only one magazine in Hp Dataprotector.

Guys having some idea please reply..
