SCSI Dual Channel

I'm sorry I have no idea about SCSI dual channel functionality. Please someone kindly offer me several instructions, appreciate!!
1. My Server is DL380 with duplex SCSI channel support(Default is simplex). If I just want to enforce the RAID5 on my 3 SCSI 36.4G HDD, should I populate these 3 HDD into different channel??
2. For management, should I populate the tape drive and HDD in different channel??
3. May I enable the simplex mode for a while then switch to the duplex later??

3. Yes you can. this is done by means of DIP switch.

But the diagram you offered is DL580 model, the same with DL380??

Here is the diagram for DL360 but could not find any info on Duplex mode.
