Hi,
It works for me, but I am searching for an authoritive reference. If I have an Ultra160 SCSI card and tape device, will an Ultra320 SCSI terminator connect appropriately?

Solution
Yes it is always safe to use an Ultra320 terminator on a Ultra160 bus. There isn't anything significantly different about the U320 terminators but they are usually tested to a tighter standard. Some of the U320 terminators I have worked with were U160 terminators and we re-tested them when U320 came out and didn't have to make any changes to qualify them for U320.
