SDLT 220 Blinking Lights

I have a SDLT 220 internal drive mounted in Proliant 6500. I'm running Windows 2000, SP3. I inserted a tape and it sounded normal all of a sudden all the lights started blinking. Now every time I push the eject button it sounds like it wants to eject but then all the lights start blinking again. Can someone please help me.

If the Tape does not eject you need to maually remove it.
Take a look at this document and get out your tools:
