SSL 1016 Autoloader Parts

I'm tring to find a spare part for my autoloader. This is the plastic part that secures the magazine in place once inserted.

Attached is a picture.

This is the part the would break if the magazine was remove w/o using the front panel.

No.
If it was, I would have been able to get HP to replace the chassis.

I'm just amazed I have to purchase (exchange) the whole chassis for this little plastic piece.

We've never heard of that part breaking before. Send a quick email to ltt_team@hp.com to my attention and reference this thread. We'll see what we can figure out.
