SSL 1016 Compression

Hi All,

Got a new replacement tape library (incl. drive) as the old one was broken - was replaced by a HP Engineer.
Since the change, the compression we are getting on our Ultrium tapes is a lot worse than before. The Hardware compression option is set on the unit and we have not changed any settings in our backup software (Commvault).

I was just wonderind if you would have any suggestions I might try as we are now using two tapes per backup instead of one?!
