SSL1016 DLT1 & ArcServe

Hello everybody.
I got a customer who have a SSL1016 autoloader with ArcServe 7.0. The software reports some cartridges as Write Protected but they are not. When I try to write something on it (even when I try to run a write test) the autoloader respond me that cartridge is write protected. Have somebody seen this before?
