SSL2020 shuttle jam
I am having problems with my Storageworks 1/8 autoloader so I wanted to use my SSL2020 to back things up until I resolve the 1/8 problems. I turned the 2020 on, I hear the shuttle move from front to back quickly, then slowly moves to front again where it clicks three or four times before generating an error saying to press enter to reboot. Rebooted several times same results. I removed the two screws holding the top on, cycled power and watched shuttle go from front to back quickly, slowly advance to front and click 3 or 4 times before error. Nothing is in it's path, no broken parts on the base, shuttle moves without binding or scraping noises. Everything appears okay but it never boots to usable state. Anyone have any suggestions?

Re: SSL2020 shuttle jam
Unfortunately I put it back in the rack without plugging it in, can't get to it tonight, will try tomorrow.
