STK 9710

I'm running Omniback 3.5 on HPUX 10.20 with STK 9710 library. I have 4 servers using this setup but just one of the servers has a problem with Omniback issuing the unload of tape but it does not get dismounted! We have do issue a dismount thru the ASCLS server each day. If we forget to do this that evening the backup starts and fails saying the drive is busy. Any suggestions?
