Shared SCSi bus

Does anyone know the name of the software that arcservit 6.6 needs to shared a common scsi fiber bus. I have 7 servers connected via fiber channell to a Compaq fiber channell tape controller II and then to the tl895 BUT when I run jobs they run across the LAN , I believe I am missing the option "shared bus" I have arcseveit 6.6 with lib option the ent lib option and all the agents any help would be great
