Thanks, but I still can't get it. MSIE gives me an error message. I'd be very happy to accept the attachment as private email at j_bell@pacbell.net if its not too much trouble.

Remeber that this is a PDF file. You need Adobe Acrobat to view it. MSIE does not open PDF files unless you have Acrobat.
