StorageWorks DAT72h ntbackup error

Windows 2003 running on DL380G3 with the Hotplug DAT72 tape drive. Both the harddisk and tape drive were attached to the Smart Array 5i.

I've installed updated drivers and firmware of the 5si and DAT72.

Attached is the log file generated from NTBACKUP.

Which Media is being used. Note that DDS-1 media can not be written with this drive allthough DDS1 media written through other DDS1 media compatible drives can be read through this drive.
