Storageworks 1/8 G2 Autoloader losing network connectivity
I have 2 different Autoloaders that keep losing network connectivity. No particular app or job makes them lose connection. They are connected to Cisco switches and they are on 2 completely different networks. Has anyone else had this issue and if so is there a fix? The only fix I have been able to get to work is disabling the port on the switch and then re-enabling it. This brings the network connectivity back. The ports on both switches are set to auto/auto. I have other Autoloaders on other networks and have not had this issue, just 2 of my newer Autoloaders. Thanks in advance for any help with this issue.

Re: Storageworks 1/8 G2 Autoloader losing network connectivity
There is no known issue with the autoloader that resembles this problem.
If you are able to restore connectivity by a switch port disable/enable it sounds like something may be happening that causes the switch port to get into a bad state.
Is your autoloader firmware up to date? Version 1.80 is the latest but I don't think there have been any changes in core network functions for several releases so anything close should have up to date network code.
