Storageworks 920 and SAS expander

Hi,

We got a DL380 G6 with a P410i and a SAS expander which has an external mini sas.
This mini SAS is connected externally towards the storageworks 920 tape drive.

If I boot up the server which us running ESXi, the tapedrive is recognized but my datastores are gone.
If I reboot and disconnect the tapedrive, my datastores are recognized in ESXi again.

Anyone have a clue?

Installed an extra P212 controller and attached the tape drive to the external mini SAS port and all is working ok now.
