Dear folks :)

I have a library tape like in the subjects and I have some problems with it.

I have admin password but this account is not allowed to read library logs, there is also "service" account but I don't have password and I naver had, can someone give me default password for that account, maybe it will works.

The Configuration > Log page can only be accessed by Hewlett Packard Enterprise Service personnel.

What can be done, use Command View for Tape Libraries, it has an integrated support ticket viewer.

You can download the software at: http://www.hpe.com/storage/cvtl .

Or you can use the Library & Tape Tools (L&TT) diagnostic software, you are able to run different diagnostic tests, create and view support ticket as well. L&TT can be downloaded at: http://www.hpe.com/support/tapetools 

HPE Technical Support will be able to read and analyse support ticket logs in case or a problem, open a HPE support case for this tape library and attach the support ticket.
