Strange error: Win2k Pro and Col 8GB

I have had endless problems trying to get my Win2k Pro to work with our Colorado 8gb drives. We recently upgraded from Win98 and 95.

The current error I'm having is this: "The device reported an error on a request to space backward by file marks. Error reported: Hardware Failure"

maybe a Firmware upgrade solve this issue!

Please update the firmware to 02.08 !
