SureStore 2/20, SAN & Sun server

We have a problem where we can not get our Sun server (E450) inc. JNI FCI1063 HBA to see our 2/20 on the SAN. Windows servers, no problems used TapeTools to update it.
Any clues?

I am assuming you have some sort of brocade switch? Has a zone been created on your switch so that the Sun server see the tape library?
Anyone for a Mutiny ?
