SureStore 2/20
Hi,
I set up the machine exactly like manual instructed, but in the backup s/w, which is OmniBack, only one drive is detected. I burned the latest firmware but nothing changes.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Re: SureStore 2/20
There are number of things you can do.
Does the system display all of the
hardware and robotics in the 'ioscan'
display. That would be your starting
point if you are using HPUX.
Have a look at thlink as well.
