SureStore T20 Tape Problems

HELP.... My drive useto work but does not any more.

When I run the tape assure diagnotics, it says "Media Loaded N/A" and "Write Protected N/A" - even with the tape loaded.

Also, on the run test page, all is OK and passes, except the R/W test is "Not Performed"

What is wrong?

Got the exact same problem..

Vli8 w/Adaptec 2940AU/ Win98

2940 hangs briefly at boot only when media is inserted in T20e.

TapeAssue reports same N/A messages
