SureStore T20e & Windows 2000 SBS

Greetings,

I have been having difficulties with my SureStore T20e drive (Travan). We've been using it for years on the Macintosh servers using Retrospect for backup. We've purchased a new PC based server with Microsoft Windows 2000 Small Business Server. When doing small backup jobs (using NTBackup), everything works fine, using the drivers from the website instead of the MS drivers. However, when doing larger backups (over 10mb) it will fail with an error stating there was an IO error when attempting to write to the drive. Additionally, we've used Veritas Backup Exec 8.5 w/ and w/o their drivers for this device and a similar error occours.

Again, when this was used on the Mac client, everying appeared to work just fine. Any input would be greatly apprecaited!
