SureStore T20i "Hard Error"

I'm running Tapeware v7.0, and receive a "Hard Error" message on some tapes, not all. The TapeWare tech says it's a message coming from the device itself that TapeWare is picking up. The backups complete successfully. I would like to try upgrading the firmware, but cannot locate it on HP's site. If anyone can help I'd be grateful. Thank you.
