Surestore 24 C1537A
Whe have a problem whit the tape unit under netware 6.5 sp4.
I can make one backup and when we try to make a second the tape drive is out of order.
When i look in my log from tapeware it say scsi time out.
Is there anybody how can help.
I have Netware 6.5 whit sp4
Tapeware 7 whit sp d
Apdatec AHA 2940

Hi,
Check the connection, make sure you the connection is terminated with terminator, clean the tape drive several times by using cleaning tape before backup.
If the problem still happen, looks like the head of your tape drive is coming soon to faulty.
