Surestore 4/40 Library (A5585A) Firmware problem

We have changed a failed drive in a Surestore 4/40, 3 of the drives are running V059 firmware the new drive is running V086 Obviously the 4/40 is functioning but flagging a partial availablity warning.

Is there anyway of downgrading the firmware to V059, we have tried through HP Library Tape Tools, but that is requesting a Password.

Hello,

The more simple should be to upgrade all your drives with V086 firmware...

in a nutshell they said to contact HP to get the password...
