Surestore Autobackup PC100 and W2K

Since I installed the client software on a Win2000 sp3 computer, I lost the windows key + E shortcut to explorer.

Any idea ? Wait for a fix ? Re-install sp3 ?

This is a known issue. Unfortunately the Autobackup has been discontinued over a year ago, so there won't be any additional updates regarding its software (latest version is 1.1.1b)
