I'm replace front cover, after replace the cover i found error code "error 57"; "error 35"
so what the problem with the surestore

Error 35: "The motor has jammed while trying to rotate the magazine, failing to leave the Away position"; Error 57: "The motor has jammed while moving the cartridge platform up to the Home position". So looks like you did something wrong to magazine rotational mech when replacing cover. Try removing it and operate w/o it to see what's wrong
