T-3000 Erroe 08-OE-01-02-001A

When I try to use the Recovery Wizzard, the tape will start fine,then shortly after starting, an Error message will pop up. It says, "An error occurred while writing the backup data. The backup device reported an unexpected error (08-OE-01-02-001A". It has happened on more than one tape that I have had no previouas trouble with. Can someone help with what the problem is and what I might be able to do about it ?

My OS is Win 98.
I am using HP Colorado Backup II Version 8.
