TL891 with only one drive

TL891 with only one drive

I am trying to set up TL891 with only one drive, but in control panel, I get the error 'fault code 2072, Drive powerup error'.
Does anybody knows why this happened?

Checka the movement of the robotics to see if there is not some obstruction in the way,
