TL891DLX malfunction with 2 drives- good function with 1 drive!

if the library is connected with only one internal drive work fine, but connected the second drive the device create errors and backus stop and hangs.
This problem is with arcserve and netbackup. Its a hardware problem.
the firmware is current
help, experiences and suggestions are welcome.
