TL891dlx & dl380g3
Hello,
I have a tl891dlx (with a DLT8000) connected to a dl380g3 using a HP 2 channel 64bit/133Mhz pci-x HBA.
Every couple of days backup exec (9.1) fails with error code 0x45d - The request could not be performed because of an i/o error.
I have run the L&TT tools but this does not find an error.
I then moved the DLT drive to the second channel on the controller, which has made no difference.
Since moving the dlt drive the HP management agents do no 'see' the tape drive only the library.
I have checked the firmware / driver revisions & they seem ok.
Can anyone help
Thanks in advance
