TL892 LIbrary <-> Fibre Channel Tape Controller

How can I upgrade the firmware of the fibre channel tape controller ?

My current firmware is c9913a and I would like to upgrade it to c9913m. I have found the firmware from http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/10627.html (Disk 16). After I create the disk and reboot the server, it says it cannot detect the hardware.
I have tried using the serial port and upgrading the firmware from console (via xmodem) but with no sucess.
