TL892 and NetBackup DC v3.4

Apologies if this is a No-Brainer\Newbie......

We have a new setup consisting of TL892 and Netbackup Datacentre 3.4.

When the TL892 was not connected to anything we could press the button and the magazine would unload...

Ever since connecting to the Server it seems to be constantly locked and the only way to unload is to hold the up arrow whilst booting the Library.

I realise this may be NT or Netbackup, has anyone had this problem?
