TSL9000 DDS3 8 cassette autoloader tape stuck

Hello out there
I have tape stuck in TSL9000 DDS3 8 cassette autoloader tape drive .
I able to remove the magazine by press and hold the eject button. However the tape is still inside the drive unit

LCD Message
"cassette"
"stuck in drive"
"ResetReq"

Beside turn it off/on ,how do I perform a reset sequence to this particular tape drive.

Try inserting an empty magazine, and then press and hold the eject button to see if you can get the tape back into the magazine.

The empty magazine does not suck in in automaticly, I have open the case, force the magzine all the way in until it lock .
When I press and hold the eject button. the tape drive just spit out the magazine no tape inside the slot :(

the full drive has an screw in the bottom  it reads unload  and the direction that you have to rotate it  in order of remove the stuck tape.
