TSMC hangs the server

Hello
I tried to use TSMC on a ML370 with NT 4.0 SP6a, there is no probleme during the installation and I used Insight version 4.9.
I used an FCAL card and there is no probleme when using BE 8.5
but when I used TSMC my computer hang and I must restart it.
On this computer there is a Compaq array 5300.
Any idea to solve this problem ?
