Tape AIT 35 Problems

Hi all,

On the past several days when i run a backup some of them fail with the event id 11 on the sonyait.sys driver with the following detalis:
"The controller has detected a controller error in \Device\Tape0". The cartridge gets stuck on the drive and the only to remove it is to cicle the system down. I have the RSM enabled.
