Our client is planning to buy an HP Tape Autoloader for their DL120 G5 Servers.

My question is what Tape Autoloader is compatible with DL120 G5 Server?

Hi,

I think that this autoloader is option - 1/8 G2 Autoloader. Is possible to select type of LTO drive and next you need  appropriate HBA adapter for connect to DL120 G5. For example for SAS LTO yoo need to select SAS HBA (HP SC44Ge SAS)

Is there any specific requirement ? Like Capacity, Backup types & Tape cycle

If you can provide me some specifics. I will suggest you the right capacity drive in an autoloader with controller.

Customer can use the  1/8 G2 LTO-3 Ultrium 920 SAS Tape Autoloader (AH558A). Please refer to Quickspec:
