Tape change on AIT 35Gb Autoloader
Anyone having trouble with the Compaq AIT 35Gb autoloader changing tapes when part way through a backup job?
We are running Arcserver 6.61 on Win2k server. If a job runs over one tape capacity, it should eject the full tape and load the next one to carry on the job. This fails more often that it works. Looking at the tape library log, I have about 30 turntable errors. The drive has been in use from new for about 6 months.
