Tape drive configuration
I'm new to this tape drive stuff so any help would be appreciated. When using a 26 slot tape drive we want only to use 7 of these slots, 1 for each day of the week. The problem is that when the 7 days are up the device looks for the next tape and fails. Is there anyway to configure the device to go back to the first tape? "Reserving" the other slots perhaps? Or do the tape labels paly a part?

Re: Tape drive configuration
Hi
It looks more like a backup software configuration problem. Which backup software do you use ?
