Tape drive faulty (urgent)

Hi,

Now I am facing tape drive faulty problem. All the led light is blinking! (There are 3 led lights. 2 green and 1 orange colour). I cannot eject the tape. Any solution? The server OS is w2k server and backup software is veritas backup exec 9.0

My tape drive serial number is Seagate Dat 06240-xxxHJ0932s.
