what is the most suitable Tape Drive from HP that fits my servers and storage?
my SANs storage is already running on RAID6.

Re: Tape drive for Proliant servers and SANS
I would suggest you have a word with the sales person and let him know your expectations so that they can give you the right solution.

Re: Tape drive for Proliant servers and SANS
for your own opinion what will you buy for external storage if you have 8 servers HP Proliant DL380 G6 and 1 HP storageworks MS2000fc using RAID6? and your servers are running 24/7 everyweek. and data is changing everyday.
what Backup configuration that is most likely? like backing it up everynight or everyweek? if i backup my servers everyday will the tape inserted on the tape drive storage will last for how many days?
thank you so much.
