Tape stuck in backup drive

We have ML370 with 20/40 GB DAT drive running Backup Exec. Since yesterday, the backup does not work any more and it shows pending. Tape LED shows quick flashing and Status LED long flashing with a short pause in between. We cannot eject the tape even after reboot the server. Any suggestions?
