Too much delay in replacing Display Panel of my Laptop
I have HP Pavilion Notebook 14-AL176TX which is covered with ADP (HP Care pack serial number XVD3B56QSC97). It's display panel got damaged in an accident last month and I raised a ticket (Ticket # 5001639457) with HP on 19th July 2017. Since then 3 engineers have visited my place who have come with incompatible display panels and tried to replace the part. It has been a week since the last engineer visited and still there is no sign of the correct part reaching my home. I have not been able to work on my laptop for almost a month now. Service delayed is service denied. Please help!
